RETURNS

We hope you love your items, but we know not everything fits perfect! 

Online orders have the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. All orders can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after you receive your purchase. Unless it is a sale item, swimwear, or jewelry which is FINAL SALE. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please visit your order confirmation email and select "request a return". If your return request is accepted, a return email and label will be sent to your email provided at checkout. You must ship your item back within 2 business days once the label has been issued to you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We DO NOT offer REFUNDS.

All jewelry, swim, shoes and SALE items are final sale.

Damages and issues:

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping it, but if you find your item is defective, please contact us (VIA Email) immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items, swimwear, jewelry or gift cards. We also will not accept a return if it has been over 7 days since you received it.
