Online orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS and tracking #'s will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
Please double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, if incorrect address is provided, you will be charged for us to ship it a second time.
Orders can not be cancelled or changed after being placed.
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at email@example.com, so we can file a claim for the package.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages, nor are we responsible for delays caused by our mail carriers and are not able to refund shipping charges if the mail carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers in your email.
Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up before 4pm will be ready for pick-up by the end of the same business day. Pick-up orders that are purchased after 4pm, after normal business hours, or on non-business days will be available for pick-up by end of day on the next business day.
If you choose our in-store pick-up option, We ask that you please pick-up your orders within 7 days.
